- ODOT will be restricting the southbound lanes of I-271 in Boston Township over the Cuyahoga River.  Police will be out helping ODOT officials keep traffic moving slowly so they can have a space to unload hundreds of thousands of pounds of steel beams.  You will see 10-15 minute delays between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily for the next few weeks.

Traffic pattern changes are now in place on Steels Corners Rd. at the SR 8 interchange and at the intersection of Steels Corners Rd./Allen Road/Hudson Drive.  As a result, the available lanes on Steels Corners Rd. have been reduced or changed.  Delays can be expected, especially during the afternoons.
As a reminder, SR 8, the SR 8 southbound exit ramp to Steels Corners Rd. and Steels Corners Rd. over SR 8 will have additional nightly lane restrictions throughout the remainder of the week. These lane restrictions will occur from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. nightly.  By week’s end, the following traffic changes will be in place on both SR 8 and Steels Corners Rd.  SR 8 northbound and southbound will be reduced to two lanes in each direction at Steels Corners Rd.  The SR 8 southbound exit ramp to Steels Corners Rd. will be reduced to one lane at the Steels Corners Rd. intersection.  Steels Corners Rd. over SR 8 will have lane changes and/or closures.
