The Charlotte Bobcats (16-52) tamed the Toronto Raptors (26-42), 107-101.

The Atlanta Hawks (38-30) took care of the Milwaukee Bucks (34-33), 98-90.

The New York Knicks (40-26) vanquished the Orlando Magic (18-51), 106-94.

The Houston Rockets (37-31) silenced the Utah Jazz (34-34), 100-93.

The New Orleans Hornets (23-46) edged past the Boston Celtics (36-31), 87-86.

NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament – First Round – East Region:  (16) James Madison (21-14) over (16) L-I-U Brooklyn (20-14), 68-55.
