SEBASTIEN BOZON/AFP/Getty Images(NEW ORLEANS) -- While the Baltimore Ravens were playing lights out, the lights actually did go out.
With 13:22 remaining in the third quarter of Super Bowl XLVII between the Ravens and the San Francisco 49ers, a power outage occured that delayed play.
There was no official word on what caused the outage.
About half of the ring of lights above the field went dark and it took 34 minutes to fully restore the power and resume play.
The Ravens led 28-6 when the outage occured, and Jacoby Jones had just taken back the second-half kickoff 109 yards for a touchdown.
