AUDIO A Backyard Battle: Stow And Cuyahoga Falls 10/30/2009 6:35:34 AM | Joe Jastrzemski, AkronNewsNow.com Stow and Cuyahoga Falls may not have great win-loss records, but a victory tonight would make their season. advertisement The Bulldogs and Black Tigers meet tonight at Stow High School to play Game Number 10 of the High School Football season. Stow has a record of 1-8. Cuyahoga Falls is at 3-6. The Backyard Battle has had many twists and turns throughout the years. The latest was two years ago when Stow as at 7-2, Cuyahoga Falls was 1-8. The Black Tigers stepped up and beat the Bulldogs. Cuyahoga Falls head coach Mike Miller says his team has been playing much better in the past few weeks. Stow head coach Marty Tinkler says its been a disappointing year for the Bulldogs. But, Tinkler says he's pulling out all the stops for tonight's game.
Tinkler says his team will be bolstered with the return to health of John Markulis, who will play on both offense and defense tonight.
