A nice way to start off their fifth season in Goodyear, Arizona as the Indians clipped the cross-state rival Cincinnati Reds 11-10 thanks to a three run bottom of the ninth double from reserve Mike McDade.

Homers from the new-look Indians included Lonnie Chisenhall and Ryan Raburn.

(Cleveland Indians) Reserve Mike McDade laced a one-out, 3-run double in the bottom of the 9th inning to cap the Indians' 11-10 walk-off victory over the Cincinnati Reds in this afternoon's Cactus League opener at Goodyear Ballpark.

McDade's opposite field game-winner was the last of 5 doubles collected by the Tribe, include a pair by Michael Brantley. Lonnie Chisenhall (3rd inning) and Ryan Raburn (7th inning) each connected for their first homers of the spring, while Carlos Santana (2), Asdrubal Cabrera, Nick Swisher and Brantley all drove in runs.

Swisher's RBI-single came in his first plate appearance as a member of the Indians in the bottom of the first. The Indians and Reds combined for 21 runs on 27 hits without either side committing a defensive miscue. The Tribe went 5-for-13 with runners in scoring position.

Cleveland and Cincinnati will square off again tomorrow for a 3:05 p.m. eastern time (1590 WAKR) first pitch at Goodyear Ballpark with right-handers Brett Myers and Alfredo Simon scheduled to take the bump.
