CLEVELAND (AP) -- Police say a 14-year-old girl was fatally shot and four other people were injured by gunfire after a dispute at a party in northeast Ohio.

Cleveland police Sgt. Sammy Morris says the shooting early Sunday in East Cleveland occurred when some people attending the party got in an argument with individuals outside. The Plain Dealer (http://bit.ly/PVXB4v ) reports that Morris says some of those attending the party went outside and shots were fired toward the group. Morris says the girl was shot in the neck.

A 15-year-old boy who also was shot in the neck was taken to a hospital. His condition was not immediately available. The three other people who were injured were treated and released.

Police said Sunday that they could not release any names or other information.
