DAYTON, Ohio (AP) -- Two private security guards have been charged with murder in a man's fatal shooting at a southwest Ohio apartment complex.

A Montgomery County grand jury on Wednesday indicted both 24-year-old Justin Wissinger and 32-year-old Christopher Talbert on single counts of murder and abduction in the March 1 death of 25-year-old Dante Price. Dayton police were looking for the guards Wednesday.

A prosecutor's spokesman says Price had been previously warned against trespassing at the complex.

Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr. says the guards ordered Price at gunpoint to get out of his car and fired at him at least 17 times as he tried to drive away, striking him three times.

Heck says they were not authorized to detain Price or use or threaten deadly force to get him to obey.
