AKRON, Ohio (AP) -- The father of a northeast Ohio man who disappeared three weeks ago is pleading for the public's help to figure out what happened.

Police say 28-year-old Jorry Palm of Akron visited two bars in that city the night of June 8 and then apparently drove northeast toward Niles, his hometown near Youngstown.
