GROVE CITY, Ohio (AP) -- A central Ohio man has been indicted on charges he stabbed his ex-wife to death as she picked up their two children. Their 13-year-old son called 911 to report the killing at his father's instruction.

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien said Tuesday that 38-year-old Jeremy Roberts of Grove City has been charged with one count of murder and one count of aggravated murder. He could face life without parole if convicted.

Authorities say Roberts stabbed 36-year-old Candice Roberts on June 10 outside an apartment. On the 911 call their son pleaded with the dispatcher not to harm his father.

Court records do not list an attorney for Roberts. He is scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
