  Monday evening the OHSAA baseball state tournament kicked off locally, where weather permitted, with Division III action, and a pair of teams from the SportsInk. com coverage area picked up key wins to start their tournament runs.  The Manchester Panthers, who made it to the district semifinals last year, ousted Waynedale with a three-run sixth inning that led to a 6-5 victory.   Cody Miller had the big play of the game for Manchester, laying down a bunt single that paired with an error to score two runs.
