COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Ohio State University ranks 13th among large universities when it comes to producing alumni serving in the Peace Corps.

Officials said Wednesday that 71 Ohio State graduates are now volunteering with the organization.

Among medium-sized schools, Miami University in southwest Ohio is currently the No. 6 producer of Peace Corps volunteers, and Bowling Green State University ranks 21st. Oberlin College in northern Ohio is third on the smaller-school list, where Case Western Reserve University ranks 10th and Denison University is in the No. 20 spot.
