Joshua Lott/Getty Images(AURORA, Colo.) -- On Saturday, family and friends gathered at funerals to remember the killed victims of the movie theater massacre in Aurora, Colo.
Aspiring sports journalist, Jessica Ghawi, 24, was laid to rest in San Antonio, Texas. Jordan Ghawi, her brother, said at her memorial, “If this coward could have done this with this much hate, imagine what we can do with this much love.”
Additionally, nearly 300 people attended a funeral for fellow Colorado shooting victim, Matt McQuinn, in Springfield, Ohio. McQuinn dove in front of flying bullets to save his girlfriend Samantha Fowler.
