Investigators searching for a 48 year old West Akron woman, who was last heard from on July 31st, have located her body in a wooded area in the Hampton Hills Metro Park. Susan Ramsdell's locked vehicle was discovered in this same park on Thursday.

Preliminary investigation has not revealed any signs of foul play, however, the cause of death has yet to be established pending further investigation by the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office.

Ramsdell had left a note at her home indicating to Police she may have wanted to harm herself. Akron Police, the State Highway Patrol and other law enfrocement agencies had been searching for Ramsdell, but found the going difficult, due to thick foilage in the search area.
