Two Buchtel High School students are under arrest on charges they set fire to papers inside a trash can in a bathroom at the school Tuesday.

Kyle C Walker, 18, 437 Hillwood Drive was charged with Arson and Inducing Panic. Kyle and Marvin Lollar allegedly started the fire with a lighter to set fire to a paper towel. The school was evacuated as a result. there were no injuries reported.
