More accusers are coing forward in the case of the woman who allegedly posed as a fake veterinarian.

News Channel 5 reports more charges will soon be filed in the case of Brandi Tomko, who police say treated animals at the now-closed C & D Animal Hospital on Brittain Road in Akron.

Robert Mcghee recalls taking his dog to see Tomko in January of 2011.

"She was having some seizures and losing control of her bladder," McGhee said.

Tomko diagnosed Robert's dog "Allie" with diabetes and perscribed insulin. 10 months later Allie was dead.

For Robert, a war veteran, his beloved dog was more than just a pet, she also doubled as a service dog. "She picks things up for me, she keeps me balanced out when  I'm having bad days."

Tomko is  currently charged with  33 counts of animal cruelty, identity fraud, and practicing without a license, even though she had no formal veterinary training.

Akron Police are saying Tomko drew blood, wrote prescriptions for animals and performed surgeries She allegedly bought heroin with money from the clinic.

Like many of the others who are accusing Brandi Tomko with having a hand in their pets' demise, McGhee is looking for justice.

"I am angry and hurt, and I hope she gets what's coming to her," he said.

Akron Police Detective Steve Null is working the case and says more people are coming forward since the story broke in March.

"My voicemail is full, " Null explains. "There's been numerous messages, emails etc."

Tomko's next court appearance is scheduled for April 30. She remains in Summit County Jail.
