The prosecutor's office in Cuyhaoga County says 50-year-old Eric Register pleaded guilty Monday to involuntary manslaughter.
The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that the victim, Armond Earl, was found stabbed to death with a screwdriver in his Maple Heights apartment.
