A Cleveland man is currently behind bars inside the Summit County Jail for allegedly threatening an Akron Municipal Court judge.
WKYC-TV Channel 3 News reports 35-year old Rayshiaun Mann is accused of harassing and calling Judge Katarina Cook's office up to 49 times Monday.
The TV station reports that in one call to Judge Cook's office, Mann said he would "chop their heads off."
