Parents enrolling students in the Akron Public School system now have a central option.
The district says parents can now also enroll students at the main administration building on North Broadway in downtown Akron.
Akron schools officials say it's because parents have said they're not sure when the individual schools are open in the summer.
APS director of student services and security Dan Rambler says that parents can get additional help at the administration building.
"(We can) provide them with anything else that we can help them with, or any questions we can answer for them, too," Rambler tells AkronNewsNow.com. "We're willing to do anything we can to help them out."
The Sylvester Small Administration Building is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. throughout the summer, except holidays, and has free parking.
Parents can still enroll their children at their child's school.
