Authorities are investigating a warehouse fire in Massillon that sent one firefighter to the hospital.
NewsChannel 5 says it broke out around 2 a.m. Thursday morning at NFM Welding Engineers on Oberlin Road. The company's CFO says the building is a total loss with damage estimated at $200,000.
Massillon fire officials tell the TV station the blaze caused the roof to collapse. One firefighter received minor injuries while battling the blaze and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Multiple fire departments including Massillon, Perry Township, and Jackson Township were on scene to put out the blaze, which took approximately six hours.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
