The sentence for the man behind the Craigslist Killings is expected to be handed down today in a Summit County courtroom.
Judge Lynne Callahan will sentence Richard Beasley at 1:15 this afternoon after last week's vote by the jury that convicted him recommended that he should be executed for his role in the lure-to-kill scheme.
Callahan also has the option of reducing Beasley's sentence to life in prison.
The 53-year old Beasley was convicted in the murders of three men in Noble County and the attempted murder of a fourth after luring them with fake job ads for farmhand work.
Teenage co-defendant Brogan Rafferty of Stow was sentenced to life without parole in November of last year. Due to his age, he wasn't eligible for the death penalty.
