Testimony in the Craigslist killing murder trial of 53-year old Richard Beasley has wrapped up in Summit County Common Pleas Court with closing arguments now scheduled for Monday.

Prosecutors believe Beasley lured three men to their deathS in Noble County with a fake craigslist ad for a farm job.

Newschannel 5 reports Jerry Hood was the first rebuttal witness to take the stand. His family owns the land in Caldwell, Ohio where the the bodies of two men were found in shallow graves and another man was shot and wounded.

Hood, who knew Beasley, said he never asked Beasley to hire someone to take care of the family property, as Beasley claimed during testimony on Wednesday, when he took the stand in his own defense.
