The driver who died in a crash Monday morning in Tallmadge has been identified.

The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office says 43-year old Kenneth Miller of Parma died of blunt force trauma to his head and body.

Authorities say Miller was driving a Chevy Astro van on Southeast Avenue near the Summit Racing Equipment parking lot when it left the road and struck a utility pole, several parked cars, and a tree.

He was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.

The crash is still under investigation by the Tallmadge Police.
