A woman who went to court to obtain a protection order from her former boyfriend was attacked inside a Domestic Relations courtroom.
NewsChannel 5 reports the victim was shoved and punched several time by 30-year-old Rashad Greene after the Magistrate Tracy Stoner left the room to check on warrants for Greene.
The victim told NewsChannel 5 that the magistrate shouldn't have left her and her grandmother alone with Greene.
A special deputy from the Summit County Sheriff's Office who witnessed the attack on a video monitor rushed to the room and tased the man.
Susan Tucker, community outreach director for Summit County Domestic Relations Court, says they will be reviewing security measures in the courtroom.
