Studer Pleads Not Guilty In Nude Photo Case Jackson Township Police Department

Former Jackson basketball coach Scott Studer has pleaded not guilty to charges of recording student-athletes in the in the locker room showers.

reports Scott Studer appeared in court Friday for his arraignment in the case. He was indicted Wednesday on eight counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.

The 46-year-old former coach is accused of placing cameras in the shower area of the boys locker room and then saving the images to a flash drive, DVD , and a laptop before returning the equipment to the locker room.

Thus far,74 student-athletes have been identified.

Studer resigned from the school last month after the allegations surfaced. His pre-trial date was set for Dec. 13 at 1:30 p.m.
