Former Jackson basketball coach Scott Studer has pleaded not guilty to charges of recording student-athletes in the in the locker room showers.
NewsChannel 5 reports Scott Studer appeared in court Friday for his arraignment in the case. He was indicted Wednesday on eight counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.
The 46-year-old former coach is accused of placing cameras in the shower area of the boys locker room and then saving the images to a flash drive, DVD , and a laptop before returning the equipment to the locker room.
Thus far,74 student-athletes have been identified.
Studer resigned from the school last month after the allegations surfaced. His pre-trial date was set for Dec. 13 at 1:30 p.m.
