The list continues to grow of Akron-area eateries closing their doors.

The Akron Beacon Journal reports Nick Anthe Restaurant on North Main Street has closed after posting a sign Monday on their front door thanking customers for their patronage.

The restaurant has been in Akron's North Hill since 1978.

This follows the recent closures of Chrissie Hynde's VegiTerranean, Yocono's in Wallhaven and Triple Crown in Munroe Falls.
