Thirteen fire departments battled a late night church fire in Norton Wednesday.

Norton fire dispatchers say it happened at the Father's House Church on Wadsworth Road around 11:30 p.m. Crews had a tough time battling the blaze because of the lack of fire hydrants near the area. Several departments were called in to haul water to the scene.

Fire dispatchers say the church is a total loss.
