Medina Police are crediting their Facebook followers for giving them some tips on a mobile meth lab that led to the arrest of a Clinton man.

Police said the tips they received "helped in a big way" after their posting on the mobile meth lab led to the arrest of Roger Stewart of Clinton.

Stewart is charged with assembling or possessing one or more chemicals to manufacture a controlled substance.

Police say the charges stem from an incident July 28  when  they discovered a backpack containing a mobile meth lab at the Liberty Plaza Apartments on Abbeyville Road in Medina.

Medina Police also gave credit to the Medina County Drug Task Force and the Barberton Police with the investigation.

Stewart is currently in the Summit County Jail on related charges.
