9-Year Old Boy Mauled By Dogs In Canton

Canton Police are investigating a report of a 9-year old boy being mauled by a pair of dogs.

News Channel 5 reports Canton Police were called to Otto Place and Webster Avenue just before 8 p.m. Sunday evening.

When officers arrived they  found the boy who was attacked by the dogs, who are described as a tan pit bull and a brindle boxer.

He was transported to a local hospital for treatment and his condition is unknown at this time.

The Stark County Dog Warden will look further into the incident and more information will come as soon as it becomes available.
