The decision's been made, and the threat of Sunday storms -- at the height of what would be the final rounds for the championship pairings on the line -- is moving the schedule at the Bridgestone Invitational Sunday.

Pairings will now tee off from both the first and tenth tees starting at 8:00 in the morning; golfers had been starting the day with 8:30 start times going off two at a time from the front and back nine.

(World Golf Championship - news release) Due to the forecast for Sunday, August 5, we have decided to place players in threesomes from the No. 1 and No. 10 tees in an effort to complete 72 holes by the end of the day.

There is a likelihood of suspensions throughout the day, but we feel that we must make use of any window of playable weather that arrives.

We will therefore schedule play to start at 8 a.m.
