A man was seriously injured in a crash early this morning after he struck a construction crane in Medina Township.
Troopers with the Medina Post of the State Highway Patrol says the driver crashed into the crane which was parked in a closed construction zone on Fenn Road.
The man was flown to a hospital where his injuries appear to be life-threatening.
Troopers say it appears alcohol played a role in the crash. Beer cans were found at the scene.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
