The Akron school board continues the process of officially evaluating Superintendent David James.
It's a routine mid-year evaluation...that involves a new form this time around.
School board president Jason Haas says that the board had to make sure they were alright with the changed form, which has been updated to better reflect the times.
Then, the closed-door evaluation begins.
"David will actually do a self-evaulation and each individual (board) member will do an evaluation," Haas tells AkronNewsNow.com. "Those evaluations and comments made on those will be compiled into a composite document."
The Akron school board met over the weekend to start that process, which should wrap up the first week of August, when that document is presented to Superintendent James.
