Gunmen Rob Akron Taco Bell

Akron Police are on the lookout for a pair of robbers.                     

Shortly before 8 last night, the Taco Bell, in the 25-hundred block of Romig Road, was robbed at gunpoint. Employees reported two black males entered the restaurant, one armed with a handgun. The suspects demanded money from the register. The employee gave the suspects an unreported amount of cash. The suspects then put the money in a green back pack and fled southbound from the restaurant.

The suspects are two black males, 18 – 24 years old. The first suspect is 5’10” – 6’0”, 160 – 200 lbs., and was wearing blue jeans, a red and black stripped hooded sweatshirt and a black Boston Red Sox baseball hat with a red bill. The second suspect is 5’10” – 6’02”, 190 - 215 lbs., wearing black pants, a red long sleeve shirt and a dark baseball hat.
