UPDATE: There is a report that police have been in contact with Tatyana Edwards.
NewsChannel 5 reports that Chagrin Falls police have been talking with Edwards, who says she has legal custody of the girls. The television station reports that Edwards is heading for her home in Harrisburg, and that Pennsylvania State Police plan to meet her there.
Edwards reportedly told the police that the children are "fine", though won't talk about if she has any firearm.

Authorities in Chagrin Falls have issued an Amber Alert for three children police say were taken by their mother.
Chagrin Falls police say 33 year-old Tatyana Edwards took her three children - ages 2, 4 and 10 - from Chagrin Falls. Police say that the children may be in danger of physical harm from their mother, who couild have a firearm in her possession.
Police also say child abuse charges are pending.
The vehicle, a 2008 powder blue Chrysler Caravan with Pennsylvania license plate HVW4232, was last seen at about 10:40 a.m. today in Chagrin Falls, and is believed to headed on the Ohio Turnpike towards the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area.
