Man Injured In Medina County Plane Crash

One man was injured during a single-engine plane crash in Medina County Friday afternoon.

The Medina Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol says the crash happened around 1:30 p.m. on Blakeslee Boulevard off of I-71.

Only the pilot was aboard the plane and sustained  non life -threatening head injuries. He was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

No word on what caused the crash.
