UPDATE Cleveland Amber Alert - Cancelled

Police in Cleveland say the subject of an Amber Alert that lasted more than 12 hours was located in East Cleveland.  Raevon Ruffin, 4, was with the man suspected of taking him, identified as Isaiah Taylor, 19.

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing Cleveland boy.

Raevon Bryan-Ruffin, 4, is believed to have been taken by Isaiah Taylor, 19.

Police say Taylor knows Raevon's family, used to live at that address and once kidnapped a four-year old.

Raevon was last seen just before 9:00 p.m. at a house on W. 95th Street.

THE CHILD'S NAME IS RAEVON L BRYANT-RUFFIN (STATUS IS MISSING) AGE 4 YRS OLD. A BLACK MALE HEIGHT 2 FEET 6 INCHES WEIGHING 34 POUNDS WITH BROWN HAIR AND BROWN EYES. THE CHILD WAS LAST SEEN 1334 W. 95TH STREET, CLEVELAND WEARING GREY PUFFY COAT, TAN PANTS, BLK/RED TENNIS SHOES, BLUE GRY AND WHITE T-SHIRT.
THE SUSPECT'S NAME IS ISAIAH TAYLOR  (STATUS IS ACTIVE)

SUSPECT IS A BLACK MALE APPROXIMATELY 19 YRS OLD WITH BROWN HAIR BROWN EYES, LAST SEEN WEARING: BLACK LEATHER JACKET, BLACK JEANS, WHITE TENNIS SHOES.
HEIGHT 5 FEET 9 INCHES. WEIGHT 150 POUNDS.

Chris is the regular news anchor on WQMX's Wynn and Wilson in the Morning and WONE's Tim and Christi in the Morning programs. Chris enjoys volunteer work, and has served on the boards of the Ohio Associated Press Broadcasters, Public Relations Society of America (Akron Area Chapter), American Cancer Society Hope Gala Committee and currently serves on the Green Baseball/Softball Federation Board.
