An 18-year old Akron man has pleaded guilty to rape for having sex with a young female relative in the bedroom of his parents house.
The girl had sneaked out of her house early that morning and stayed with Steven McCumbers of Florida Avenue until police came the next morning. Officers retrieved the girl after McCumbers denied her presence.
Judge Amy Corrigall Jones will sentence McCumbers on April 25th.
