Abercrombie & Fitch Closing 180 Stores Nationwide Abercrombie and Fitch

One popular clothing retalier is closing over 100 stores nationwide.

WBNS-10TV is reporting  Ohio-based Abercrombie and Fitch announced Friday it will be closing 180 stores over the next three years

Store officials told the Columbus Dispatch the decision was made in an effort to focus on higher-tier markets. There are over 1,000 Abercrombie and Fitch stores in the the U.S. and abroad.

The company has not announced which stores will close their doors.

The Abercrombie and Fitch store at Summit Mall closed for good earlier this month.
