A Canton police officer, already off-duty after his videotaped tirades against motorists he stopped, has a third dash-cam video to deal with.
NewsChannel 5 showing a December 2010 video taken by the vehicle Officer Daniel Harless was in outside a Canton convenience store. He threatens to shoot passengers inside a car he pulled over.
The station reports they've uncovered dozens of other internal affairs complaints against Harless. The Canton Repository also discovered dash-cam video showing Harless in similar distress, including a motorist who tried to tell the officer he held a concealed carry permit but Harless was verbally abusive. That incident touched off a national outcry from gun rights advocates, who called for Harless to be dismissed from the Canton police force.
