Fugitive Search Leads To Akron Meth House

Look what we found ! Thats what members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force were saying after their search for a wanted fugitive on Carey Avenue in Akron, turned up a meth lab as well.

After obtaining a search warrant, Akron officers confiscated meth making chemicals and other materials from the house.

Akron Police Lieutenant Rick Edwards says officers arrested Jeffrey D. Jones, 41, and Jacqueline J. Hahn, 24, both of Carey Avenue. Jones and Hahn were charged with Illegal Manufacturing of Methamphetamines, Illegal Assembly of Chemicals, and other counts. They were booked into the Summit County Jail.
