Police are investigating a robbery inside an Akron home Tuesday morning.

It happened in the 500 block of Rentschler Street shortly after 10 a.m.

Police say a man, wearing a black scarf around his mouth, walked inside the home with a gun.

Lt. Rick Edwards says the suspect assaulted the victim's and took their cell phones and wallets.

Two victims were treated on scene by paramedics for minor injuries.

The suspect is described as a black male, 5’08” – 6’0, 200 lbs with dreadlock hair. He was wearing a black scarf over his mouth, black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
