Akron police have made an arrest in a South Akron robbery and shooting that left one man dead.
Police say they arrested 25 year-old David Patrick Phillips of 7th Avenue and 15 year-old Ramous L. Lewis of Lamparter Avenue for their involvement in the shooting last week outside a convenience store on Lovers Lane.
23 year-old Paris Wicks II, a former football star at Akron's Ellet High School, was found dead at the store, and another man, 23 year-old Branson Price of Merton Avenue, was injured.
Police say the 15 year-old, Ramous Lewis, faces aggravated murder, robbery and felonious assauit charges. He was taken into custody of Summit County Juvenile Detention Center.
David Phillips faces charges of complicity to commit aggravated murder and aggravated robbery. He was booked into the Summit County Jail.
