It's Time To Spring Forward
 3/13/2010 6:38:13 AM  |  Mike Ward, AkronNewsNow.com

Clocks spring ahead early Sunday morning. Daylight Savings Time makes its appearance at 2 a.m. Sunday, which means you have to set your clock ahead one hour.

It has been the second Sunday in March for the past three years, after previously taking place the first Sunday in April.

The change means early mornings will be darker, and late evening will have more sunlight.

Daylight Savings Time lasts 238 days, which is about 65 percent of the year.

We change the clocks back on the second week in November.
