Blaze Spreads From Garage To Home 3/10/2010 5:57:36 AM | Ryan Haidet, AkronNewsNow.com Flames ripped through a Perry Township home Tuesday night sending the owner to a hospital for smoke inhalation. advertisement According to the Repository, the fire sparked in the garage before spreading to the house in the 5300 block of Dolores Street SW. The owner, Jeff Potts, was not seriously hurt in the 7:35 p.m. blaze. The cause of the fire is currently unknown, but investigators will be back at the scene today. Firefighters worked to extinguish the flames for more than two hours with the assistance of several other fire departments. Damage has been estimated at more than $200,000.
