The rescue team had to build a bridge to reach the victim. Pamela Benedict, 58, has since been released from a local hospital. Her rescue took more than one hour. The house has now been padlocked and may be condemned. Medina's fire chief believes the cause of the fall was due to a lack of maintenance on the house and something leaking for over a year inside.
