"They are going to provide the same services with the same technicians that Nestor had and the same customer service representative that Nestor had," says York. Not only that, but the current price of $19 per ticket paid will not change.
York calls the transition seamless adding that the city hasn't missed a day of operation.
The contract is up in 2011. At that time, York says the city could decide to renegotiate the contact or put out bids
