Recall Election Absentee Voting Ends Today

If you're wanting to vote absentee for the recall election of Akron Mayor Don Plusquellic, today is your last chance.

The Summit County Board of Elections at 470 Grant Street will be open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. to accommodate those wanting to vote absentee.

 
All absentee ballots sent via mail must be postmarked by today.

No ballots will be counted until the polls close tomorrow -- the day of the special election.

@ historybuff - I love that you guys are figuring out this Recall is destined to fail so now the conspiracy theories come out. This isn't 1960s Chicago, as much as you may think it is. I'm confident votes "For" and "Against" will be counted fairly.
