Gas Prices Drop A Penny 2/9/2009 7:23:16 AM | Ryan Haidet Ohio's average price for regular gas is now $1.82 per gallon, 10 cents below the national average. Gas prices have held fairly steady in Ohio in recent weeks. The current statewide average is down just a penny from last week and down 2 cents from two weeks ago, when AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and Wright Express said regular was averaging $1.84 in Ohio. A year ago, motorists in the state were paying an average of $2.90 per gallon.
Oil prices sticking close to $40 a barrel have helped to keep gas prices stable. On the Net:
