NewsMotorcyclists Flown To Hospital After Crash

It was a hectic commute for rush hour drivers, and concert goers, last night after a wreck in Richfield halted traffic for hours.

Around 5:15 p.m. Thursday, a pickup truck slammed into a motorcycle on Streetsboro Road (S.R. 303) at the I-271 southbound entrance ramp.
Police were forced to close the stretch until 7:00 p.m.
Both people on the motorcycle were Life Flighted to Cleveland Metro with critical injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck was treated on the scene for minor injuries.
The crash is still under investigation. No word on if the driver of the truck will be cited.
Those trying to get to Blossom for the Lynyrd Skynyrd concert were delayed because of the crash as well.
