Raymond Boyd/Michael Ochs Archives/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Nordstrom is America’s favorite place to shop for clothing, according to a survey by the market research firm MarketForce.
The upscale retailer is especially popular for business clothing and evening wear, the survey found. It also scored high marks for its return policy and customer experience.
Nordstrom finished ahead of other department stores, including Kohl's, Macy’s, Dillard’s and JCPenney.
