(WASHINGTON) -- U.S. employers added 236,000 jobs to their payrolls in February, exceeding expectations, the Labor Department reported Friday morning.
Economists had anticipated seeing between 160,000 and 170,000 jobs added last month.
The unemployment rate also beat expectations, falling from 7.9 percent to 7.7 percent.
